Shipments in  24/72 Business Hours (Monday to Friday), Except for special campaigns such as Black Friday, La Semana del Rastro or other discount campaigns where delivery times may vary.

Changes & returns

All our items have a return and exchange guarantee as long as the items are in perfect condition and have not been tampered with.

El Rastro de la Piel SINGLE will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return / exchange when the skins received are in poor condition or are not the ones selected by the customer in his order. In all other cases, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

On international shipments DO NOT we accept exchanges or returns.
